By using AutoCap, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

AutoCap transcribes video and produces styled captions, as burned-in video or as SRT files, using third-party speech models.
The service is provided as-is. Transcription accuracy varies with audio quality, accents and background noise.
Always review your captions before publishing. We are not responsible for errors in the output.

You own everything you upload. Uploading grants us a limited licence to process the file solely to provide the service to you.
You must hold the rights to what you upload. Do not upload content that infringes copyright or privacy, or that is unlawful.
We claim no ownership over your videos or the captions produced from them.

The free plan includes a limited number of transcription minutes. Paid plans raise those limits as described on the pricing page.
Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR.
If a transcription fails after being counted against your plan, contact us within 7 days and we will restore the minutes.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Monthly plans renew automatically unless you turn that off at checkout or from your account; one-time purchases never renew. No card is stored either way.
Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, after which the account returns to the free plan on its own.

Do not use the service to process content that is illegal or violates someone else's rights.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests against our API without written permission.
Do not resell access or share account credentials.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
You may close your account at any time. On closure, your data is deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be referred to mediation in Surat. Where mediation fails, the courts at Surat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
