Delivery Policy

AutoCap is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges. This page exists because payment providers ask for it, and because it should be obvious what "delivery" means here.

What you receive

  • Access to the online editor at your account, immediately on payment.
  • Caption files (SRT, VTT) and captioned MP4 videos, generated on demand and downloaded directly to your device.
  • No physical goods are shipped. No shipping address is collected.

When it arrives

  • Plan upgrades apply within seconds of Razorpay confirming the payment.
  • If a payment goes through but your plan doesn't change, a daily check that matches successful payments against the plans applied picks it up within a day. You don't have to wait for it: email us the payment id and we will apply it straight away.
  • Transcription usually completes in well under a minute for a short clip; longer clips take proportionally longer.
  • Video export runs on your own device, so how long it takes depends on your machine and the length of the clip.

If delivery fails

  • A failed transcription does not consume your minutes — and if it does, we restore them.
  • Email support@autocap.in and we will put it right — restoring minutes, or extending the paid period by the time lost. Payments themselves are final; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where we operate

  • The service is available anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Pricing is in INR and payments are processed in India via Razorpay.
